KARMA AND LIFE LESSONS THROUGH THE 22 PATHS OF SACRED NUMEROLOGY
How to calculate your life path
The numbers of your birthdate correspond to a major mystery of the Tarot. Using the components of your birthdate—the day, month, and year—will help you find your main life path. Each of these three key figures, or their sum, if any, serves as a reference point that will help you understand the content of this project.
Simply reduce the numbers for the day, for the month, and for the year of your birthdate to single digits and add them together (individually for day, month, and year). Keep reducing and adding until you reach a single digit. When you have a single digit for each component of your birthdate (day, month, and year), add the three digits together to find your main life path, which is also associated with one of the major secrets of the Tarot. The figures that follow from this calculation reveal the karmas that you have come to undo in this life. Please note that some people may have a secondary life path. An example of this special case will be given in Example B below.
LIFE PATHS CALCULATION EXAMPLES:
A) Steven, born October 19, 1965:
Day: 19 reduced to 10 (1+9), and finally to 1 (1+0)
Month: 10 (October) reduced to 1 (1+0)
Year: 1965 reduced to 21 (1+9+6+5), and finally to 3 (2+1)
Add all reduced numbers to get the main life path: 1 + 1 + 3 = 5.
The main life path for Steven is therefore 5, the Pope. The number 5 cannot be further reduced because it is formed of only one element. Therefore, Steven does not have a secondary path of life
B) Anna, born on March 9, 1968:
Day: 9 irreducible
Month: 3 (March) irreducible
Year: 1968 reduced to 24 (1+9+6+8), and finally to 6 (2+4)
Add all reduced numbers to get the main life path: 9 + 3 + 6 = 18.
Anna’s main life path is 18, the Moon.
Since the number 18 can be further reduced (1 + 8) = 9, Anna’s secondary or complimentary life path is 9, or the Hermit.
C) Eileen, born on December 30, 1990:
Day: 30 reduced to 3 (3+0)
Month: 12 (December) reduced to 3 (1+2)
Year: 1990 reduced to 19 (1+9+9+0), reduced to 10 (1+0), and finally to 1
Add all reduced numbers to get the main life path: 3 + 3 + 1 = 7.
Eileen’s main life path is therefore 7, the Chariot. The number 7 cannot be further reduced because it is formed of only one element. Therefore, Eileen does not have a secondary life path.
